They suck ! Find yourself a smaller law firm who actually answers there phone my case manager would lie and make excuses for not answering the phone or emails every time I need to get ahold of someone..

When I first contacted your office about my accident, I had not the slightest what to expect or what to say. It was a bit confusing at first after being assigned a lawyer but learning that he was only going to be assigned to me for a couple of weeks because he was leaving for a different firm. That was concerning to me at first. Lorena Morrison answered every question that she could with professionalism and the ability to explain everything to me. Mrs. Morrison didn’t answer every call but I understood she had other cases and clients to take care of but she made it a point to call me back and always kept me in the loop of the happenings going on with the case. Christopher Moeller I didn’t get the privilege to talk to him as much as Lorena Morrison but when he has called he broke it down even more on his side of things.
