Everyone was helpful in answering my questions in a timely manner. The only issue I had was during my meditation. My attorney had to be out due to a family emergency and the young man that was assigned to take her place for the meditation was, in my opinion, not yet savvy enough to handle an unreasonable insurance adjustor. It seemed like there was one shark and one seal in the waters of the meditation. The result was a settlement that was $15,000 to $20,000 less than my attorney had indicated it should be at the start of the meditation. Looking back, I should have made the decision to reschedule.

I really havent heard much about my case. I wasnt aware I had a new case manager until I checked the app to see what was going on.

Haven't had any problems with my attorney. But also have a cut n dry disability case, and have been denied twice and about to lose everything that I haven't already lost while awaiting hopefully a positive outcome. I'm not aware what all has to happen..but I also don't know what my attorney has done to fight for me on this or what benefits there are for me to have Morgan and Morgan. Initially I was very happy to learn they took my case..but now my confidence in a timely/positive outcome is extremely low. I'm not saying I regret using Morgan and Morgan yet...but I'm very afraid that may one day change. Hopefully not.

Everything is going great!

I was in a car accident almost 2 yrs ago. Oh, yeah they won a lawsuit and made sure to take their cut, but withheld almost half of my part of the settlement and refuse to release it AND REFUSE TO EVEN ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS, EMAILS AND TEXT! WHY AREN'T YOU LETTING ME HAVE THE SETTLEMENT PAYMENT?!!

I spoke with case manager once, after accident. I was given misinformed information with the property damage that occurred. Left messages to call me back, she would text. This is not how you do business. Not pleased at all with my case and how it was handled.
