There isn't a whole lot of communication with the legal team.
I have to call several times a week and leave voice mail messages. Takes days to hear back and it's usually me calling them.

Derrick Harris and Cassandra are great people to work with. They both did so much to help me with my situation.
When I needed help the most Mr. Harris was there and Cassandra kept me updated with my case the entire time.
