As of now whenever i ask a question she gets back with me very soon and gives me info and or talks to an attorney and has them help.So im very pleased with my case worker,thanx Rasha and those helping me to get this done as quickly and properly as possible.

They were great at first now I can barely get ahold of my case manager or anyone for that fact. I hope in the future this problem will be looked at and fixed. Also I've had a lot of problems in the hospital. I may have a case there but my manager was supposed to have another member of your alls team that dealt with the medical side of things. I would hope that I would get that call from them.
