So far my case manager has been very helpful and informative, and hasn't hesitated to help me understand the case and the process, she has been available, easy to talk to and as an introvert who has trouble speaking with people she has made the experience very manageable for me.

I have spoken to my case manager twice since the incident. I then recieved a letter in the mail saying they haven't been able to reach me. When i spoke to cm the first time i asked her a couple questions that she said she would call me back following week with answers. That never happened. She called me about 4-6 weeks later and seemed like she remembered ir knew nothing from the conversation we had the previous month. A little frustrating on that end, but I do understand it takes time to do things, just quick emails here and there are sufficient for me. I just don't like that I asked questions and never got them answered.

I have not heard from my case manager and I am always the one reaching out to talk to someone about my case who don't know what is going on because it is not their case I was told. Not happy with not knowing what is going on. I have sent email and texts toy case manager and nothing returned

Eliminating the stress during my recovery. Always available to answer any questions I have regarding my recovery. I get comfort in knowing that someone has my best interest.

Accident was September 11 I just received my accident report My car is tore up I have no side mirrors I tried to make a claim on the other drivers insurance but I was told from Farm Bureau that the guy who hit me his lawyer told them don't talk to me or let me make a claim very worried about how I get my car fixed I have to work my granddaughter Destiny had to go to ER from migraine and throwing up She's been like this since the day of accident She's my assistant I'm a apartment manager all the buildings around where accident happened I run them the accident happened right beside my office my tenants seen it I have witnesses but can't get anyone to explain to me what I do about my car that I still owe money on. Cant get any answers

all my interactions with Tori Fitzpatrick have been both productive and positive! she seems to really care about my case.
