I called to get a social security attorney. My call was given to a very hateful man. The whole experience felt like you were just a paycheck, nothing was personal or pleasant about my experience. I hung up and called a different attorney that took the time to talk to me himself.

Quick response but I wasn't a fan of the process. When you go online you get a phone call pretty much immediately and someone will ask you what's going on so they can send your call to someone else to verify your information. You have to wait on hold until that person is ready. To be honest I found it annoying that they call you and ask you to wait on hold for the next available person. Why wouldn't they just tell you someone will be calling you soon.

I was completely dissatisfied with the service. I felt like a Nobody! Like they were very picky on which claims they would take. Why be the largest firm in the world if your so choosy on the claims. They would not take my auto-accident claim against Burger King nor my wrongful employment termination claim either. I feel at ends in trying to find a firm that will take the case. They're ain't that many. I need help! I need compensation! I am at wits end with bills and nothing to pay them with!
