This event happened maybe a year and some change ago, but I always remember how I was treated. They actually weren't even able to take my case but this review is truly a testament of how amazing they are. So, I submitted my problem and within the 15 min, they'd already responded to let me know they couldn't help but offered some help in suggesting another office. What stuck with me most was the response I got. I'd been going through a very difficult, draining living situation. I'm talking suicidal thoughts, the whole nine. In their response, they made sure to invoke empathy for what I was experiencing and truth be told, thoughtout that whole ordeal, they were the only ones to see me and treat me like a human being for what I was dealing with. I may not have ended up partnering with them then, but I know if I ever have a true need for them, I know which office/team I'll go with. Contrast with that other lawyer ("Size matters") who went weeks without a response and I only got the denial because I was the one who followed up). I digress, this is not about them but about the amazing team at Hicks & Funfsinn and the humanity, compassion, and empathy in the service they provide!

This firm, the people, the process, the results.. 10/10!! I met with Greg through Zoom and decided immediately that he was the one for my case. He has been incredibly thorough and always kept me in the loop with the process of the case. He has been available to answer all of my questions, day and night, which has really made me feel comfortable and confident. The case settled exactly how I wanted it to, and I couldn't be more grateful! Also, Ms. Paula is the kindest soul and has been a joy to talk with. She has been incredibly helpful throughout these past few months as well!
