Richard helped me navigate when I was quickly put into a position to protect and care for a very ill family member. He established Emergency Guardianship and later Permanent Guardianship for our loved one who has Early Onset Alzheimer’s. He walked me through every twist and turn of the entire legal process. . He also applied for and won a Veterans claim for my father which helps tremendously with paying for his long term care facility. He also helped with the legalities of selling my fathers property. Richard worked with our family on a sensitive and extensive family court case. Mr. Dawahare was contracted by my brother for a family matter, that is how I became associated with him. He was very good working with my brother who has a disability.
