Richard has helped us with two adoptions. One adoption was for my step daughter and the other for two foster children. Richard is such a kind and genuine man, and always eager to get what you need taken care of. Not only did he keep us informed, but also helped to guide us in what we needed to do next. He managed to get our paperwork completed promptly and was always ready for the next step. He was extremely flexible with the meetings, locations, and appointment times.
