I started the process of applying for disability towards the end of 2022 and without the help of Melanie Sparks who held hand throughout this journey and the representation provided by Gerald Vanover at the hearing and leading up to that day I have no doubt it would’ve been unsuccessful. Melanie and Gerald were great! They made the entire process as easy as it could possibly be. They were very professional and done everything they could to get everything resolved in a timely manner. Would use again and again in the future if needed.

Not knowing how to navagate the social security disability system, I decided to go to a lawyer to help me. Melanie and Alison were great help to me. Alison helped me to fill out all the forms, and to make an appointment for a telephone interview with social security. This took a huge ammount of pressure off of me and I'm so grateful for her help. Melanie was there to answer all my questions along the long path to an answer from ssdi. She was the first person I met when I walked into the office and she is the one who always untangled my confusion, at times.
