Overall, I've been pleased with the service I received from O'Koon. They have always been professional and courteous with one exception. One time I called to ask a legal question or two that involved a certain scam artist named Nancy Greenwell. The attorney that I spoke with was Lisa Garry. Apparently Ms. Garry was having a very bad day and she decided to take it out on me. She was screaming at me and interrupting the responses I was attempting to give to her questions. Ms. Garry conducted herself in a very unprofessional and unladylike manner. I was very disappointed in her. Apparently Ms. Garry thinks that lying and being a scam artist are acceptable behaviors.

Gary was fantastic during the entire legal process. He answered all questions in a professional and timely manner. Appeared in court and took care of everything without me needing to be present. What made me choose him was the statement from his website: "You might have a kid with a fast car." 10/10 would recommend for all of your traffic violation needs.

Gary Stewart is a God send. An 18 year traffic violation came up on a background check. And working for federal government doesn't bode well. And I'm in TX. Gary is the best. Extremely knowledgable. Always responds quickly to emails, texts and phone calls. Everything worked out exactly as he said with my speeding citation. He's worked in a lot of counties in KY, so just because he is based in Louisville don't think he is just a Jefferson County attorney. Very pleased with the outcome and his fee was worth every penny.
