I called on three separate occasions to try to get a consult from an attorney to see if I'd be interested in hiring their office. Unfortunately I must say it's apparently fairly typical for attorneys not to return phone calls, because they never did return the phone call, spoke directly to the secretary each time I called and gave them the information that I wanted to discuss and was interested in possibly retaining their firm. The Secretary said oh definitely, we can help you, I will make sure they call you back very soon. And never a call back. Not worth the phone call the fourth time, and will not be seeking their skills in the future.

My son and I sent money to get started on a custody issue. For the best interest of his daughter. Sent some money for the beginning stages of getting full custody. My son went to courthouse and got a date himself. He kept just say return child return child send money and return child. I’m sorry are you representing the other side or my son here? He will text on Sunday begging for money when he hasn’t even got started on custody case. Won’t return money he was given he done nothing for my son I sent money for my son to get his daughter and this lawyer does nothing! He talks about how great he is but I saw the opposite. I felt he was wrong fit for my son to begin with. He talks good game at first and acts like he doing favors but once you throw him some money you will see. We are having to give another lawyer money to get this going the right way. I NEVER leave reviews but this is a child that needs ppl on her side doing what’s best for her. Proceed at your own risk I wish this review was up for us to see.

Gonna keep it short and sweet. Very respectable lawyer indeed. Kept me updated when asked via email and at times, did so even when I didn't. Took care of my family court/child support matters. To anyone looking for a firm to represent them against all odds, who will stand by them and hear their side, and then fight for them no matter how long it may take - I say look no further. Michael Valenti and Hayden Holbrook took my case on nearly 5 years ago when others saw only an uphill battle against a major financial institution. They listened to my story, they researched the issues, and in the end, they decided that right versus wrong was something worth pursuing despite the years, the phone calls, the documentation requests, and the unwillingness of a large corporation with unlimited funds to ever settle. They fought tirelessly and never questioned our ability to come out with a winning verdict. Their positivity kept me going year after year, delay after delay, and while I've come to learn that the legal system is never in any hurry, they continued with everything that was required for my case behind the scenes and fought for all additional funds they could. I have no doubt that without Michael and Hayden I would either have given up or came up empty handed.
