Never geta call about my case or do they answer phone callswant use them again.

Kyle was my first ever attorney and I couldn't have ask for anyone better. I was injured in a hit and run on oct 1st of 2024 and my car was completely totaled, the driver also did not have insurance. I met with Kyle after a good friend recommended him. He was super nice and made sure I understood everything before leaving the office. He would text and check, and give me updates through that next 5 months. I knew I was in good hands the entire time. He settled my case within 5 months and help me get what I deserved. Without a doubt, the best, most professional attorney I have ever met. He is good at putting your mind at ease and able to talk you through everything that happens. I would recommend Bryan Armstrong to anyone that needs a great, patient Attorney. He gets results! HOWEVER, AFTER the fact, he does not care about the negative fallout that occurs from suing someone. So keep in mind that you can be homeless like myself for standing up for your rights!!! I even went to his "website" to get him to call me and still waiting on THAT call!

I called on three separate occasions to try to get a consult from an attorney to see if I'd be interested in hiring their office. Unfortunately I must say it's apparently fairly typical for attorneys not to return phone calls, because they never did return the phone call, spoke directly to the secretary each time I called and gave them the information that I wanted to discuss and was interested in possibly retaining their firm. The Secretary said oh definitely, we can help you, I will make sure they call you back very soon. And never a call back. Not worth the phone call the fourth time, and will not be seeking their skills in the future.

My son and I sent money to get started on a custody issue. For the best interest of his daughter. Sent some money for the beginning stages of getting full custody. My son went to courthouse and got a date himself. He kept just say return child return child send money and return child. I’m sorry are you representing the other side or my son here? He will text on Sunday begging for money when he hasn’t even got started on custody case. Won’t return money he was given he done nothing for my son I sent money for my son to get his daughter and this lawyer does nothing! He talks about how great he is but I saw the opposite. I felt he was wrong fit for my son to begin with. He talks good game at first and acts like he doing favors but once you throw him some money you will see. We are having to give another lawyer money to get this going the right way. I NEVER leave reviews but this is a child that needs ppl on her side doing what’s best for her. Proceed at your own risk I wish this review was up for us to see.
