I am going through a very messy divorce fighting for jurisdiction over my children. We are originally from Missouri and my whole family moved to Kentucky for my husbands job. I decided to part ways with my husband for mine and my children's safety. Mr. Tibbs without hesitation represented me and my children fighting for the jurisdiction to be in MO. It took a few months. But with his hard work and dedication with his paralegal, Laura we won the jurisdiction battle. I know this is only the beginning but knowing I don't have to worry about jurisdiction gave some sort of relief. Mr. Tibbs fought hard for our rights and what was more sensible for my children and myself. Thank you Mr. Tibbs and Laura for your hard work and dedication.

We used Tibbs Law in our custody case. We had an abrupt change in custody and an attempt to change the our children's school due to their mother moving 45 minutes away. Krsna and Laura clearly defined for us the legal rights and we made a plan for our objectives. They methodically restored every goal we had from the outset including maintaining the children in the private school they have excelled in, restoring equal custody time, and alleviating the burden of excessive child support. We now have a much improved schedule for the boys and a better relationship between parents due to an improved and more clearly defined schedule.

I had an emergency custody situation with my 2 year old son. His safety was being put at risk by his father and I was terrified as well as clueless as to what to do or how to do it.
