I had a misfortune to miss a decreased speed limit sign in Louisville area, was pulled over and got slapped with a citation. After extensive googling I decided to go with Leland to represent me. I live in joliet illinois and I had Mr. Hulbert take care of a legal matter for me that took place in Kentucky back in 2015.
