Had an issue with my electric company. Called for advice. Very informative, even though they couldn't help in my case. The issue has since been resolved.

I’ve had two experiences with Legal Aid. If you’re able to be patient with the process and trust in your counsel, Legal Aid is something I can honestly say is worth utilizing. Recently I was represented by Simone Beech- in family law, who was very honest in letting me know upfront what was possible and what wasn’t in each situation. She also was good with communicating to the best of her abilities in a timely fashion and I genuinely felt like she understood me as her client and worked not only for the case but for me as well. Simone has a very diplomatic yet effective approach to the law & I have a newfound level of respect for the people who dedicate their time assisting everyday people like you and I, protecting our rights by remaining informed.
