i was reading a article on they're website ''quite informative i might add'' and representative(live chat) started pestering me, after reading i decided to ask a honest question and he wanted specifics, i provided them and shortly afterwards they hung up on me. its was just a really unpleasant waste of time and left one heck of a first impression.
