Mr. Wyman handled an adoption case that since 1978 others had failed at. , When we hired him , He was able to get in contact with the biological father, write up paperwork and research to present to the judge that was approved. We were told that it would be very difficult to get my adult adoption completed. It all happened in a matter of months. Mr. Wyman gladly took on the case with care, compassion, and competency. Mr. Tibbs got my case on the docket and got my arraignment scheduled much earlier than what I had expected. On my 2nd court date we had a few options but ultimately the charges were dismissed. I was fighting a felony, criminal mischief, for something I didn't do. He was amazing!

Mr Tibbs attorney. He recently took on a very difficult parenting case in family court for my son. My experience with Mr. Tibbs was nothing but positive. He is very experienced and knowledgeable about how the court system works (especially family court) He has a real Pit Bull type of attitude (the kind of lawyer you want defending you) he will fight with every ounce of energy he has to win your case but be warned you must have patience with him ,these cases do not get solved overnight and it takes time for him to get back with you. I am going through a very messy divorce fighting for jurisdiction over my children. We are originally from Missouri and my whole family moved to Kentucky for my husbands job. I decided to part ways with my husband for mine and my children's safety. Mr. Tibbs without hesitation represented me and my children fighting for the jurisdiction to be in MO. It took a few months. We used Tibbs Law in our custody case. We had an abrupt change in custody and an attempt to change the our children's school due to their mother moving 45 minutes away. Krsna and Laura clearly defined for us the legal rights and we made a plan for our objectives. They methodically restored every goal we had from the outset including maintaining the children in the private school they have excelled in, restoring equal custody time, and alleviating the burden of excessive child support. We now have a much improved schedule for the boys and a better relationship between parents due to an improved and more clearly defined schedule.
