I want to say I had Ross Neuhauser represent me when I started the process for bankruptcy and I say it was painless. He made it so simple and giving me different options to choose from. The process didn't take long at all. I was extremely satisfied with my bankruptcy process. Very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend!

Our lawyer handled our bankruptcy from consultation to sign-off by the judge. He answered every single email promptly and completely, was non-judgmental and friendly and stated the facts completely and thoroughly so we understood each step.

The hardest part of my whole experience was getting all the necessary paperwork together. And that was a decent hard only because I brought in everything that I read online to bring. Once I made the decision to speak with Ross I didn't have to do anything else but hand over the paperwork. He really made me feel better about a bad situation, and walked me through every step for before, during and after filing. I wouldn't let anyone else handle my case after working with Ross, great guy.

Very pleased with Ross, from our very first meeting, he was always extremely helpful n got the garnishments that were destroying me stopped, my case files quickly n was persistent with creditors that were stubborn...I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing an attorney. From the moment I first called and spoke to Mr Ross on the phone my skepticism about taking this journey was literally put to rest. I asked many questions and wanted so many answers...Ross recognized my frustration and anxiety about the process and tailored his advice to my pessimistic view. He didn't let me get ahead of myself and "showed" me he truly wanted to help me...I felt an ease and comfort about what I had "gotten myself into" when it came to my bankruptcy. To add to this process...arriving at his office downtown...the entire process from the receptionist to others working there leading into working with Ross was very professional and personable. So much so that I even ended up doing my taxes there from Ross' recommendation! My questions were either answered or put at ease and even if I had to leave a message it was replied promptly. The effort and time he put into explaining things and the way he spoke to me (as if we were friends) allowed me to trust and feel positive to the whole process. From consultation, gathering information, to going to court...it was nothing I had expected...It was SO much more. There is no doubt that I never want to see Ross again for bankruptcy but I promise you this...If I know someone that does (or if that fate hits me again) Ross would be the one I'd recommend. The first consultation went wonderful. I was explained different options, what the best for my situation was and explained the process. The next meeting went well too. Not once was I belittled or talked down to about my situation. Everyone was very respectful and helpful. Anytime I had questions either the assistants would help me right away or the attorney got back to me in a very reasonable amount of time. After the meeting with trustee I had full confidence in this firm and knew I made the right decision. I had 3 consultations before choosing Ross and for this situation it was the best decision I could have made

He explained every detail to me and made sure I fully understood it and made sure I knew the different types of filing would and have recommended him to all my friends and family
