Ross did a fantastic job on my Bankruptcy! It was a difficult case and Ross and his office went above and beyond to make sure that it was settled. I would and do highly recommend Ross and this law Firm!!!

I was a little disappointed in my visit for a free consultation on bankruptcy. As an eager client wanting to learn more information and a bit nervous in even the possibly of filing bankrupt, I left not feeling like things were explained to me in detail. I also felt like as an attorney, I would be advised on which chapter I would need to file based off their experience in this field. I had to ask what was suggested. Also the biggest disappointment for me was the lack of customer service/friendliness from not only this attorney but also his assistant (so I assume). I say this because I was never given a name or formal introduction from the young lady that took me back to see the attorney. Rather in return I received a very dry personality. Once I entered this attorneys office, I was greeted with a simple "Hi" while he continued typing. Not one time did he say, I will be with you in just a second. He proceeded to type and then when he was finished, he just starting talking. Not one time did he formally introduce his self so I didn't know who I was actually talking too. It wasn't until I saw some business cards on his desk, that I asked "are these your business cards"? I felt like this was very unprofessional and that I was not treated as a respectful client. There are so many options on attorneys to choose from and to act like this was very disturbing to me. I was very disappointed in how things were handled and I left not feeling comfortable in using their services. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

A real pleasure working with an experienced lawyer that showed an interest in the poor man in a bad economy. I had a debt management plan but during hardtimes I had to do what is best for my family. He was always available and returned my calls within 24 hrs. He even walked me under his umbrella after my court date. Highly recommended!

I originally had contacted this law firm months before I filed bankruptcy. I would make appointments and then cancel because I didn't want to travel downtown. I spoke with three other attorneys and received their information. One day I was inquiring about a car and the salesman gave me the number to an affordable attorney. I recognized the name and number as being my original contact. It was meant to be! Ross handled my case and he was nice, professional and approachable. I would recommend this firm to anyone. During a very difficult time in my life,I was lead to Ross for a reason I never thought would happen to me.Not only was he professional he was very caring and understanding.He took the time to explain every thing even when it meant staying late one night in his office.I remember him telling me,"dont worry about a thing we got this".Sure enough they did.Eight months later my past was behind me and I started working on my future and it has payed off.This was 2 years ago and still today Ross is there when ever I have questions or concerns.Thanks Ross for everything
