Ms. Davis was very professional and helpful with helping me to understand clearly my case completely. These days you don’t run into that of professionalism everyday.

Tracy is an amazing attorney! I’ve worked closely with Tracy in court and she truly cares about her clients and their situations and works very hard to get their needs and wants heard! Tracy is very professional in her capacity as an attorney and I would hire her for anything I ever needed.

Tracy is reasonable and rational. Her clients are not numbers but she cares about our well being over litigation.

Tracy is very dependable, always returns calls in a timely manner. I was impressed with her best interest for myself and my child. I would highly recommend her if you fond yourself in a child custody or child support case. She doesn't drag things out, and drives toward a resolution. Also- she is always on time- which is NOT common among lawyers- at all.

I hired Ms. Davis about 4 years ago to handle a case involving my son. She did an exceptional job! She was easy to contact. She was very reasonable with her attorney fees. She even communicated with the other party which made the whole process less stressful and less drama for me. She did such a good job that she is still my lawyer to this day. She has also represented a few of my co workers and friends. I recommend her to anyone seeking legal help.

Hiring an attorney can be stressful and a daunting task. Tracy was more than professional assisting my family with some very hard decisions. Tracy provided excellent customer service skills, responsive phone calls, and provided layman terms to help us understand the process. We greatly appreciate all of her hard work and professional work on our case.

My ex husband was trying to take everything from me. I was in a bad place and was ready to give up. My friend had recommended me to Tracy. Tracy did not hesitate. She took my case the day before court showed up early so we could meet. At the end my ex husband did not get to take everything he thought he was going to get. Tracy was so professional and was so kind to me. She has an amazing heart and passion for helping others.

She has represented young men on my caseload and she represented me. She is very passionate about the work and loves to help people. Being an attorney is more than a job to here it is a labor of love.

Faced with accusations from a problem house manager I was immediately apprehended and I had nowhere to turn to for defense. Trumped up charges and a Plea deal looking me in the face with unfair time. Tracy helped me, she came through and we reached the conclusion necessary. I walked.

Hired this clown whose a joke regarding the judicial system she was retained in October 2018 she was supposed to visit my wife on 2 separate occasions, she never showed up! When my went to court on 10/9/18 Tracy was MIA, my wife then returned to court on 10/10/18 when Tracy showed up she was nonchalant and had a chip on her shoulder very rude and very unprofessional, she made a deal with the prosecutors office without talking to my wife once regarding what had happened. On 10/25/18 my wife had to go back to Court regarding the plea deal HOW ABOUT this trick didn’t show up at all so now my wife is back to square one! She complained about me calling and texting her via text she NEVER answered a phone call, only texted saying “ I can charge you $300 per phone call” WITCH please. Tracy withdrew without a word to us, we did reportvher to the NAACP as well as file a complaint with the Ky Bar Association, she is a TOTAL waste of time, she’s unstable and not fit to be a lawyer let alone a judge, take my advice: DO NOT hire her and WHATEVER you do, DO NOT vote for her. She’s NOT worth the time it takes to say her name! What a TOTAL disgrace she is to the legal profession and a MOCKERY to Attorneys

Ms. Davis came to the first court date, checked in with the judge, left and did not come back. She showed up to the second court date late and in jeans and a t shirt with her hair wrapped up. She had no knowledge about the case and would have been better served getting a public defender.

Hired Tracy for a child support case as I showed up for a hearing and my child's father had an attorney. We were unable to resolve the case that day thus a new hearing date was set and I didn't want to go to the next court date without an attorney. Once I paid her office the retainer fee, my case went down hill from there. I called her office the morning of my court date to confirm the time. Could not get a hold of her. Some one from her office finally called later that afternoon and told me it was changed. Not true. We just didn't show up and she had to refile for a new hearing date. About two months later, I get an email from Tracy advising me that my son's father would like visitation with his son. I inquired how did this come about. She stated she sent him a letter. I asked why she didn't go through his attorney. She told me he no longer had an attorney. Hmmm.. Mind you my son has not seen his father in years and I didn't hire her for visitation, I hired her for my child support case. The more I kept asking her about the CS case the more she became his advocate for visitation. Including talking to him on the phone and meeting him in person, but yet I couldn't get a phone call from her. After stressing me out and seeing she no longer was representing my interest, I filed a complaint with the bar along with all the emails she and I had exchanged, with dates and times and all the lies she told in between. I don't know what she responded back to the bar, but they didn't reprimand her to my knowledge. We parted ways with her doing nothing with my case and her keeping my retainer. I did ask her in the beginning if she or her staff knew my son's father and they all said no. Can someone explain to me why they are Facebook friends? I have pictures. Something isn't right. You better get EVERYTHING in writing from her. Do the job people hire you for Tracy. What a waste of time and money.
