Rania was receptive regarding my situation on an erroneous entry disseminated to me by Courtnet. The records linked me to a case that was unrelated to me and not even in the state that I live in. None of the unnecessary conversations, missed court, lic got susp. i wrote him, gave him details, took him his money, that day lic were reinstated, within a month 8 traffic violations turned into 1 speeding ticket and 1 ticket for no insurance. Highly recommended

I think that because I was a LegalShield member, they did every thing possible to not have to do any work for me. I especially felt that was the case with my most recent issue. I legit had a case (because I read in the local news about other people with the same case types getting success) he just didn't want to help. I've since then cancelled my membership. What? Did you think you were not gonna help me and still get paid? Instead, I will just budget my money and have it set aside for attorney services the traditional way. So yeah, other attorney offices will be getting my money now.

DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️ Terrible service, waited months for her to even look at the documents I had to call every week for updates she would rarely be available she would reply by me emails stating that she was with another client which has nothing to do with my case she would tell me that she would call me back but often didn’t. Every time i did get to speak to her she would tell me she would take a look at the documents first thing next week but that was always her response every week. I was EXTREMELY patient with her and for what ? For nothing because she did NOTHING these past months the only thing she did was CHARGED me.
