Apparently quite competent. He is well regarded and articulate. His honesty seems about as compromised as most attorneys. With regard to costs, try to get the opposing party to pay.

I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Tingley to anyone who has a very difficult custody situation. I retained Mr. Tingley after letting go other well-known lawyers, none of whom were able to get my disastrous custody battle on the right path. He was very upfront and honest with me about what he may or may not be able to resolve my case. However, within several weeks of hiring him he turned my case completely around. He freed me from the danger of potentially losing custody of my daughter and helped me get back on track mentally after enduring so much heartache, despair and loss of confidence in the courts. I had been at it for 3 years before I hired him. It was so reassuring to me to experience a lawyer who truly cares and is passionate about the people he represents. This man truly loves family law. My family and I are in a much better place in life because of him.
