Laura has handled 2 copyright cases for me, won both of them and I was happy all along the way. She is always really nice and I felt like I was well informed and in control. I never felt bullied or like I just needed to decide anything, Laura has a very easy approach. She has also handled my copyright registrations on 5 projects and I never had to think about it, she just took care of everything.
