As a personal injury lawyer, Michael Schafer is the way to go. Oleta and the rest of the staff are personable, thoughtful and get things DONE. Mike is an easy to talk to person who gets results. As unpleasant as a personal injury case is to have to deal with, they made it bearable, went OUT OF THEIR WAY to help, and honestly showed compassion. I never felt like a number or forgotten under a pile of paperwork. Hopefully, we won't have to meet again under these circumstances, but I know I'm covered if we do. my son not from Kentucky but from Michigan was traveling when he ran out of gas him and his friends late at night went searching for gas well on the way back on may 23,2013 at age 20 yrs old was struck and killed instantly he was bout half mile from his car .Mike was first one i called stuck by me even to the point that insurance was not gonna pay they had decided to settle and we won...i probably wont ever have to use him again because i live in Michigan but if you are in Kentucky this is the number one guy to go to....you rock mike thank you Carl got justice thanks to you...r.i.p. He was able to help me get the medical attention I needed as I didn't have health insurance at the time. I really appreciated the way he explained the law and how it related to my case.
