I have been a client of Mike Lawrences in the past and Mike has always been very attentive, trustworthy, prepared, up to date on his knowledge of the real estate industry and the laws pertaining to the industry. We have used Mr. Lawrence on a number of problems over a 10 year period. He is very thorough and works extremely hard in serving the best interests of his client. What sets him apart from other attorneys I have used, is that he always stays current on everything within our industry on a day to day basis and can draw from that broad base of knowledge on behalf of his clients in any situation which may arise. The importance of this attribute is the fact that guidelines, rules, regulations and laws have been going through such rapid changes in todays real estate environment. He knows what exists on a day to day basis, but more importantly he is able to draw on the evolution of change which brought each of regulations, etc., to where it is today. His ability to draw on a small detail from years past to represent us never ceases to amaze me. Our firm has handled from 1500 to 3000 real estate transactions each year and therefore has issues arise from time to time. We are extremely fortunate to have found Mr. Lawrence.
