I was able to deal with both Jeremy & Chauncey. I found both to be very friendly, easy going, and great to deal with! Especially with explaining the whole process, I am full of questions and they was there to answer them all. Anything that requires assistance needing someone to help in an accident is a stressful situation in itself but they help put you at ease. I also want to say Jennifer is very friendly...I couldn't leave a review without mentioning her also. I would absolutely recommend them for not just them knowing what they are doing but also the fact that they are extremely friendly and the staff makes them seem as if a big family. I enjoy anyone that makes you feel like you are not a burden to them 😁 thank you to the whole staff!!!
