Just spoke with Mr. Harrell. He was very informative of the entire process of filing for disability, you could tell he really knew the process well. He gave me some tips on what to do now, and what to expect after I accomplished them. I really appreciated the way he did not try to rush me of the phone and throughly answered my questions. I will definitely be using him to represent my case if it comes to that.

Even if he is unable to represent your case Mr. Harrell operates professionally and will give you sound advice to strengthen your case while not sugar coating the outcome. In the future I will definitively go to him. The legal council and advice was indispensable win or lose.

I let Mr. Harrell handle my social security disability claim from the beginning. I suggest you do the same. Everything was handled professionally and proceeded exactly as he said it would. No tricks. Just hard work and expansive knowledge of the law on Mr. Harrell's part.We did appear in front of a disability hearing judge. We ran through a mock hearing in Mr. Harrell's office so there were no surprises. During the hearing an "issue" arose. The judge gave Mr. Harrell every opportunity to explain and accepted his explanation. It seemed to me personally that the judge had respect for Mr. Harrell and therefore me, his client. Hello, My name is Danny and I want to tell you about my disability case. I had called a couple other local attorney's who basically told me I would never get anything. In one case the phone person told me I should find a job and forget about ever getting my disability. My condition is Charcot-Marie-Tooth syndrome. There is no cure, there is no treatment, and there is no continuing (quarterly etc) reason for seeing a physician. I have had this for 25 yrs and it I have worn braces this whole time. Finally this has progressed to where I am unable to work. So I took the advice of a friend from HS and called Chris Harrell. Am I glad I did! He asked me to come in discuss my case and condition. He was familiar with one form of what I have, but the great part is he saw promise and a possibility. Took my case in February. With what I had currently in my file and my medical reports, he requested some information from my doctor and using that he got me a pretrial consideration. This was in October, and 3 weeks later I accepted an offer. We discussed going to trial but Chris was more concerned about getting me in the system than his own income. I have sent and will send others to him in the future. Professional, courteous, concerned, and he knows what he is doing. I will say patience is the one thing in this that is required. Allthough I only talked with him once I felt confident that he would do a good job in representing me. He and his staff were very courteous when I called about a question on my disability questionaire Mr. Harrell was also able to win my case in a timely manner and i didnt even have to go before a hearing judge. I have already recommended him to four others from my church that are looking to apply for social security disability or are not happy with their attorney. Christopher Harrell assisted me with my Social Security Disability Appeal. He is an outstanding attorney, and he explains the process of going before the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) very thoroughly. He is very personable, and he is well respected within the legal community. Before we entered the courtroom, Mr. Harrell told me that the ALJ that I was about to go before to present my disability appeal, was, and I am paraphrasing here, one of the more "strict, and stick to the book" judges, and that if I did not win, I could appeal the decision. As it turned out, an appeal was not necessary because my case won a favorable decision. I would highly recommend Christopher Harrell to anyone who is needing assistance with their Social Security Disability case.
