Jason partnered with me compassionately and fought for me passionately over the multiple years it took to reach closure.

I’d give no stars if I could. If you don’t want to see your child and don’t want an attorney that will communicate with you, then this is your guy. He made it clear to me that the court system works slow. However, he is unable to reach by phone, I sent countless emails with questions that went unanswered, and never even got to meet with him in person. The most recent failure is after I emailed him, sent him screenshots of text messages between my daughters mom and me, stating that we are switching the weekend of when I am having my daughter and it will be AFTER I got off work. So he writes up a motion stating 9am-7pm for me to have my child which made the mother believe I would be off of work resulting in me missing a day. Jason is not to blame for me being in a court situation. However, he did nothing to help my situation other than take over $12,000 of my money. I heard from “my attorney” twice in the last two months and I sent multiple emails asking multiple questions. Any time I tried to call I would have to leave a message and never got a call back.

Mr. Bowman has been a blessing as my lawyer. He has be understanding helpful and won my case. He fought a long fight for my child and myself. I can’t thank him enough for bring my family back together.without mr bowman these smiles wouldn’t be possible

To say that Jason is an incredible lawyer is an understatement. He has been honest with me at every turn with my case. He doesn't just do his job, he goes the extra mile and exceeds expectations. With his knowledge and ample experience, he can take on anything. I more than highly recommend Jason Bowman for all your legal needs especially pertaining to child custody.

I wish I could give him 0 stars. Jason completely neglects his clients. There's zero communication. He charged hundreds of dollars to file a motion, told us the motion had been signed by a judge, and then a month later said it never went in front of a judge because the defendant agreed to our terms (which they went back on, obviously). He collected thousands of dollars, avoided our calls and emails for months, and never worked the case. Now he's refusing to send us an invoice on the basis of the contracts he has his clients sign. Buyer beware!!!

Jason bowman is a crook. Over the course of 6 months he charged $10000 at a rate of $400 a week. Due to his inability to answer emails or phone calls in a timely manner, often not responding to the emails at all, I was left completely out of the loop of what was happening. On the rare occasion he did respond it was essentially just a copy paste of my ex’s attorney’s email she had sent to him. My ex’s attorney has less than a year of experience and has never won a case was pushing this man around like he had no pull whatsoever. Do not use this attorney unless you want no response to questions and for your case to be as expensive and drawn out as possible. For $10,000 all I received was worse than poor communication, a house that had been made unlivable, and not seeing my child for over 3 months.

I feel lucky I was put into contact with Mr.Bowman he took the time to explain in detail what my situation was & always was available for any following questions or advice! I highly recommend using him for representation!

Beware any guy not lobbing this bullethead a divorce softball. Look at his reviews: another lawyer trying to get him in the game, an appreciative mom and one divorcée. That’s it. Don’t give this man your money, he even has the audacity to run for office on his weak performance. He wouldn’t return my calls or emails, the only way I could see him was by posting up at his office on Broadway and asking him what was going on with my case until he steered me down a path where I don’t know where my son even lives. The other lawyers called the agreement he wrote for me draconian. In the end, I would recommend Jason Bowman to no one. I would also give him negative stars if possible. Buyer beware. Jason Bowman didn’t go to high school here either

I have used Jason twice for my custody needs. Both times he has gone above and beyond for my family. He was great with communication, gave all the knowledge needed to make informed decisions and truly made greatness happen. So glad to have my family together still. I would recommend him to anybody, hands down the best attorney in Louisville for family needs. Hopefully I won’t need a lawyer again, but if I do, I would immediately call Bowman. Excited to see his future endeavors in the Supreme Court. Thanks Jason!!!
