The man is a crook. Somehow he charged me more than 2x what my ex paid for her lawyer. Leaves emails unanswered, rarely responds to voice messages. Used car salesman of lawyers - will promise you that you're getting a great deal, but refuses to acknowledge his lemon level of service when confronted. Was consistently unprepared for court, while blaming other counsel of "being sloppy" and blames results on the judge and not his own incompetence. He also charges more per hour than most lawyers and bills for unworked hours. Can I give negative stars? Would not recommend. Update: Jason also never sent me final court decisions surrounding the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law related to my divorce. He had sent across a motion to alter/amend/vacate portions of that ruling without first letting me see the document (did not address anything we had discussed). The judge made final decisions on that motion TWO WEEKS BEFORE our engagement ended, which means the window to appeal was also open at the time. I was completely uninformed as it is counsel's (i.e. Jason) responsibility to pass this information to those they represent, and that never happened. So three months later I thought we were still waiting on final decisions and my opportunity to appeal was gone. I requested several times for him to forward me emails regarding communications with my ex's attorney, which he said he'd get around to (but never did). For those unaware, it his LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY to send those. Better yet, I still get reminders over a year later about my outstanding balance... Trying to get promoted to the Supreme Court given these levels of incompetence? Sadly, that's status quo for Kentucky...

Jason was great! He explained everything to me thoroughly and simply which made getting this divorce less stressful as a whole. Everything was completed in a timely manner and I was kept in the loop with each step of the process which added an extra layer of assurance and security. I highly recommend Jason for any family law need one might have.

Mr Bowman did a fantastic job with my case!
