I called to ask for a consultation. Receptionist was very short, rude and not accommodating in the least. Seemed to have no interest in taking my information.

I contacted the office after a bad wreck. Broken neck, skull fractures, right arm broke in 4 places, chronic migraines due to brain nerve damage. Was told they could not help me. I later hired Joshua Daum from the office of Haddad/Adams. He got my disability. So if they dont think their money is there they won't help you.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I wish I would have read the reviews for this law office instead trusting word of mouth. I did all the work sending in information. They are terrible about returning phone calls, half the time I call and no one answers, I have NEVER spoke to the attorney that I hired. When I choose to end representation with them because of the poor job they have done they informed me that they were still going to take a cut of my backpay if I won with hiring another attorney. If they were doing their job in the first place, I would not have had to change lawyers. Do not hire this lawyer.

Cause they don't get the job done

Mr. Sullivan said to me “it’s not my fault if my employee quits” after I hadn’t been contacted in 6 weeks, I had to call and call to get this info, only to find the person on my claim had quit. This happened TWICE, so after 9 months my social security claim still had not been filed! This after I rounded up all the doctors visits TWICE while being disabled. It’s not his fault? It’s his company, he is responsible for everything but won’t take blame, too busy with his time in the Bahamas I guess, I got that comment from secretary multiple times. They only fax your doctors notes and hope the fact it comes from an attorney helps you win. They admit that is what they do. Place is just a paper mill and does not care about people. I fired him, won long term disability and social security by other attorneys but he cost me 9 months in his incompetence.

Went to this firm for help. Got turned away with a letter telling me to pursue it on my own tried that got denied then went to Smith & Wax Trevor was very professional and delt with me face to face. Talked to him about a disability case and he told me that it wouldn’t work and then at the end he hung up in my face
