Giving only 2 stars bc client’s experience with attorney was not the best interaction. Many times asked why in the world I feel as if I need disability, especially after being shot and literally almost died. Just seemed as if attorney really did not care much about client or believed client had “disabilities.” Attorney who took over (female) on the day of court was absolutely AMAZING though. Therefore the 2 Stars are given. Lost a star bc of main attorney of practice. Also, the professionalism was not great and staff are pretty much dull and seem as if they hate their jobs and are not very nice. Things that were only denial letter were missing “KEY” information that have to do with my disabilities. Unbelievable

I called the office Monday, February 13th asking for a certain type of letter as well as all my paperwork. The receptionist or whoever was rude as hell. She claimed all of it was being sent to me, but it was a lie. The ONLY thing I've received is the letter. Once informing me everything is being sent she rudely hung up on me as I was still talking UPDATE **Michael Sullivan personally called me and got everything straightened out. He was very sincere and polite. I appreciate him taking time out of his weekend and giving me a call on the matter.
