I was injured in a fall on tarc bus and I heard about hessig and pohl. I heard the staff was great especially a Ms. Tina. I called and dont know what the future holds if they represent me or not. But Ms. Tina was just as great as I heard when I spoke to her. Very friendly kind and caring. She could teach a master class in customer service.
