You will not find a better Workers Compensation attorney in Kentucky. The entire Evensen team is top notch. This is where I would send anyone I cared about that needed help with a WC claim.

Harold is one if the worst attorneys on earth. He never won any part of my case and when he did get one step a head, he got handed a 10 step back slap. I fired him in the middle of the case and will be pursuing legal action against him at the Kentucky bar.. he over charges by 4 times any one else. I could had represented myself better. Paid 17,900$ for a short term, prenup, marriage. And he still lost. It seems that either he was working with the other side or trying to drag it on to obtain money for his broke down firm. Please don’t use him. Oh and the picture is not his law office. He now shares with another attorney who is also rated horribly.

Harold without a doubt saved a young man from a father that did not care about him. He made sure that the judge heard the truth about this case. Harold is an honest Atty that looks at the case and does what is best for the child. I highly recommend him and consider him the best in Louisville.

he is a great attorney will fight for you and will keep you updated he does get busy but he will fight and make sure you get what is deserved for the children. we thank him so much for what he did for our daughter and our grand daughter and will keep him for when her ex screws up cause lord knows he will. I love this man. He did an amazing job with my divorce....made me comfortable with a smile every time I saw him, completely knew what he was doing, never felt like I had to catch him up like I have had to do with other lawyers (for business or personal cases unrelated). He remembered me, my case, the details and would even remind me of important facts I may have forgotten. He made me feel secure and confident during one of the most unstable times of my life. He helped me secure financial stability for me and my children. Was very pleased with the results. Also, referred a friend to him and he did the same thing for her.
