If you need an Immigration Attorney this is it

I'd like to start by saying if it was possible to rate the service 0 stars I would. Mr. O' Brien and his employees poorly handled my girlfriend's case (Adjustment of Status for Permanent Residency) and caused more harm/damage. More than I would wish on my worst enemy. She was in communication with Mr. O'Brien and his staff for a year and they failed to provide service in a timely manner and jeopardized her Work Permit. Due to Mr. O'Brien not submitting her application she is without employment. She was in communication throughout whole process and did everything she could, yet they dismissed her time after time. There is no excuse for their mishandling of her case and I am not discouraging anyone from hiring Mr. O'Brien. I would like to advise Mr. O'Brien to listen to the customers and make sure this never happens to anyone every again because I have witnessed all of the harm he caused my girlfriend. Me gustaría comenzar diciendo que si fuera posible calificar el servicio con 0 estrellas, lo haría. El Sr. O'Brien y sus empleados manejaron mal el caso de mi novia (Ajuste de Estatus para la Residencia Permanente) y en vez de ayudar causaron más daños. Más de lo que le desearía a mi peor enemigo. Estuvo en comunicación con el Sr. O'Brien y su personal durante un año y no le brindaron el servicio de manera oportuna y perdio su permiso de trabajo. Debido a que el Sr. O'Brien no mando su aplicacion cuando tenia que hacerlo , ella perdio el empleo. Estuvo en comunicación durante todo el proceso e hizo todo lo que pudo, pero le estubieron mintiendo una y otra vez. No hay excusa para el mal manejo de su caso y no estoy disuadiendo a nadie de contratar al Sr. O'Brien. Me gustaría aconsejar al Sr. O'Brien que escuche a los clientes y se asegure de que esto nunca más le vuelva a pasar a nadie porque he sido testigo de todo el daño que le causó a mi novia.

Excelente bufete, excelentes abogados, no tengo palabras para expresar realmente mi agradecimiento eterno a O’Brien Law Group, pues hace varios años llevaba mi proceso migratorio en Miami el cual fue largo y con algunas irregularidades las cuales fueron ajenas a mi voluntad, luego vine para el Estado de Kentucky y Dios me puso en mi camino a Rusty O’Brien, desde mi primera entrevista sentí que mi problema si iba a resolver pues Rusty transmite excelentes energías positivas, muy profesional, educado y por si fuera poco habla el idioma Español con gran fluidez…, en tan solo pocos meses mi caso fue resuelto, logramos mi anhelada Residencia permanente y otras mociones fueron aceptadas… Recomiendo al 100% a O’Brien Law Group. Wow just wow. Just called so I can get an appointment to talk with a immigration lawyer and the lady picks up and say available appointment isn’t until December. Like seriously then my friend calls and he gets one for tomorrow. Maybe because I spoke English and not Spanish. Sad just sad Edit: Then you want to reply back by saying you see I give one ⭐️ a lot, welll if the establishment deserves a one star I believe others should know just why. I wouldn’t just one star just to give it. Have a good day.

I came to these guys 2 years to get a spouse visa for my wife and i. They were very professional and straightforward about everything. It was during the covid restrictions but they were able to complete everything in a timely manner. My wife was able to get her visa to come here. I highly recommend this firm and will be returning if i need anymore legal help with immigration.

Gracias a ellos mi familia sigue unida, logro sacar a mi marido del Centro de detención donde lo tenía migración despues de aver hablado con muchos abogados nuestro caso lo miraban como caso perdido, pero para el no lo fue aún falta seguir peleando su caso pero el trabajo que ha hecho ha sido impecable lo recomiendo al 100%.
