Caitlin Kidd has been an incredible attorney through our family’s toughest times. She has honestly made us feel like family, and that says a lot! We couldn’t have asked for a better attorney to represent our family! She never misses a beat, and takes our feelings into consideration every time we speak. We can see how much she cares about her clients. If you want your family to have the best council, then Elder Law (Caitlin Kidd and Hailey) are the best people for the job!! We hired this law office to handle my father's probate and legal matters associated with a mid-sized estate and to perform some updates to a family trust. Initial appointment on July 17, 2024, Associate showed up over an hour late. July 31, cancelled appointment that the attorney had scheduled for that day, gave us a few hours' notice. August 7, cancelled the next appointment, giving us a few hours' notice. August 9, cancelled this appointment, which was scheduled two days before. I was given notice after the phone call was scheduled. August 12, I released the attorney Do not deal with this office.
