Shelley Golde Dowell was amazing! At our consultation to get our Wills, POA, and Health advocate established, she took the time to explain each section to ensure we understood the legal jargon. She is patient and did not rush us through the process. I have been telling everyone about her and Kentucky Elder Law. If we have any other needs, we will DEFINITELY go back to her.

Everyone at this practice has been wonderful in what would be considered an extremely difficult time. They are candid , open to discussion and very helpful working through the process. They were able to accomplish getting benefits owed to my mother in law in months where other attorneys told me it would take at least a year. I would highly recommend Kentucky Elder Law without hesitation.

The entire team is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to deal with. They are among the few firms left who won't charge for general advice or an emergency phone call. Borders and Borders knows if they keep their clients happy, which they do, they'll get the closings, document signings, and referrals. There are many real estate firms out there, but none like Borders and Borders.
