She was recommended to me by more than one person. They talked very highly of her. I called when I was going through a divorce almost two years ago and was told to email her. I thought why have a receptionist if they aren't going to set up appointments or do anything. I was once again recommended to use her. I thought I'd give her another shot. Once again I was told to email her my situation and she'd get back to me. It took her several days to return my email. I immediately returned hers and I'm still waiting on a response.

Courtney Howell-Kidd is amazing! We adopted from Arizona and she handled a complicated adoption case like a BOSS. Her advice is honest, she is quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and her prices are fair. She really took an interest in our family and that meant a lot. Our final court proceedings went off without a hitch and now our daughter is officially ours! My husband and I would recommend her to anyone adopting a baby and needs a lawyer to represent them!

I recently read great reviews about this law office and was looking forward to calling for a consultation and possibly hiring their services. I called and the receptionist asked "what kind of case". I briefly explained and she brashly responded "we cant help you" and hung up on me as I was asking if she could help point me in the correct direction. I was really dumbfounded and taken aback considering all of the nice reviews especially about Mrs. Howell. I called back only for her to answer with a rude "Yes" and I let the receptionist know that her actions were a representation of the office and she really brought it down greatly. How important our front desk people can be when left with the task of representing your brand. I hope she does not continue to pull down their great reviews.
