I closed on a house yesterday with Limestone, they were very friendly and flexible with the schedule, we had a small delay in our closing and without issue rescheduled for the same day later in the afternoon. The signing was quick and efficient with a few laughs along the way, very well done.

Great closing titles place.

I closed with Limestone Title in October of 2019 and I discovered after closing that the property description on the deed was incorrect. I have spoken to them several times and yet as of July 2020 I still do not have my Title Policy, or my corrected deeds and note. As a result of their error I have had to get my HOA to correct their billing and I am afraid my tax bills will be wrong. I have asked Limestone to correct all erroneous closing docs and to re-record and send me my deeds and Title Policy. Personally I find it inexcusable for a Title Company to have closed without realizing these errors.
