Best experience with a closing attorney I've ever had !!!

Disclosure: I am a local realtor and my family has worked with Borders prior to my career. Harry Borders & Jenny Fields also teach classes within our industry and occasionally speak at our team meetings, so I do receive value outside of their traditional services. I am not getting compensated for this review. They are very knowledgeable and my go to closing attorneys personally and for my (investor) clients. Many other real estate investors I know consult with the them because of the unique circumstances. My family has worked with Harry and the staff for years and Harry has made himself available to us for appointments and over the phone. They are knowledgeable about real estate law including trusts, wills, estates, closings, non traditional real estate investing, etc. If I have any real estate question, I will usually run it by Harry first. I've also worked with Jenny Fields (friendly, knowledgeable). Renee has been especially helpful with some of our issues and was steadfast in coming up with solutions when we had to deal with the IRS. Tammy is a big positive ball of friendly and makes the experience so pleasant every time. Tips: -they have refreshing fruit water when you come in, and awesome organic dark chocolate at the closing tables - financed closings can go closer to an hour, though they sometimes wrap up sooner
