Bryan has been the first attorney to get me anywhere in my difficult custody battle. He's been patient and understands circumstances. I've recommend him to so many parents fighting for custody or anything with family court. When you're a dad and the courts look at you like you're the bad guy he helps make them see a dad needs to me around just as much as the mother. A custody battle I've been dealing with for for years and got no where he got me 50/50 custody and made it to where I see my child in just 4 months.

Great communication; I am out of the country and he kept me updated with everything going on with my case and he was able to close the case in a matter of weeks, faster than I expected. Bryan worked diligently to recover and reinstate the wage garnishment that resulted from my ex stealing our 401k account during our divorce 5 years ago. The original QDRO attorney would not take any steps to fix the 14-month lapse in payments. Once I hired Bryan, he immediately began to work on the solution, and he didn't mind and responded to my regular requests for updates.

Mr. Bryan Gowin is able to deal with legal matters well in both family court and the Hall of Justice. I have referred several persons and families who were not fully fluent in English, and he was able to request a courthouse interpreter when needed, as well as explain things in clear English for non-lawyers. He is also very good at communicating with people when we are confused or concerned about someone we care about who is facing a large or small matter at the courthouse.
