Mr. Friedman was very kind and helpful during my car accident case! The entire process, including me receiving my settlement took a little less than a year. I have Been dealing with them for 2 years now and haven't gotten any satisfactory results Yet, I still don't know if I trust Michael Cooper as a leader ( lawyer) for my situation! If You've been promised a settlement in the beginning by Him,and in the end the settlement changes, it maybe He Has worked with the other Sides attorneys, taking a Payoff, under the Table Attorney's Do it All the Time! That's My Theory Update: I Am not talking about the amount of time it Is, and You Know That ! Trying to minimize damage and divert My Real Statments In your response Was and is a Good attempt , But He attempted deception and played His Lil Game with One of God's annoited Ones and Got Caught ' Lol

To start with I wasn’t her client but my daughter was. We both met with Wendy in February of this year. We explained that we really needed an aggressive attorney in this case as it’s gone on for 5 yrs mainly do to the lies, many lies from the Friend of Court whom didn’t like us apparently because we stood up to him! The father once again had stopped visitation almost a year ago because of something that was never said. And this is what he’s done for years and nothing ever happens. My daughter has been clean over 3 yrs, has done everything the courts have asked of her and yet it doesn’t matter. Wendy took our money and assured us she would fight for justice for my daughter and grandson. But it never happened. And in the past 11 months she really did nothing to help my daughter. Not one thing she told us did she do! And never got visitation. Even when she caught the foc in lies she didn’t think it was worthy enough to mention to the courts! And yet all the little lies the foc told was the exact reason why this case has gone on for 5 yrs. She knew from the start we didn’t have a lot of money as the past 5 yrs fighting this case broke us! As the grandma and mother she asked me to step back and not to be so involved and I did. I truly think she sold out my daughter and at the same time became friends with the FOC. Idk why she really never fought for my daughter. She asked her to have faith in her yet she had none in my daughter and because it was questioned, she dropped my daughter. Sadly I guess money talks and if you don’t have enough you can’t see your child! Not once did she put up a fight! And when a motion of contempt was filed against the father, she actually told my daughter that she wasn’t gonna push that? Yes this is a very difficult child custody case but she knew that from the start! Obviously no one cares about the lies that get made up to keep my grandson away nor does anyone care the damage this has done to a little boy! If someone told me this would go on in family court I would have never believed it! And they wonder why my grandson needs therapy? Maybe he misses his mom and family that they keep ripping away. So please do your research before giving her money to retain her! Sadly we have no clue what to do now as the FOC and judge in this case are very good friends! Even our last attorney asked why he hated us so much? Maybe because we wanted him to do his job? “In The Best Interest Of The Child” has never been true in this case! Unfortunately it’s the best interest of who has the most money. Good luck ***UPDATE: Ms Wagner will tell you to go to Avvo and read reviews of real clients? I did just that and it was approved and posted by Avvo. But obviously if it’s not a good review, she will have it deleted! So save yourself the time if you have an unfavorable review for it will not remain for anyone else to see! Again, our money was taken and in almost a year nothing she said she would do, did she do. In my opinion even became friends with the enemy sort of speak! Save your money and your heartache!

Wendi talked a great game on my initial consultation with her. She even agreed on a lot that I spoke about on a certain person in the courts about him being dishonest etc. Well almost a year after I hired her I am in the absolute same spot I was before I hired her but $3k poorer. My case is a very difficult case but I felt like she didn't want to put up a fight for anything. More lies were told with proof of the lies and she still did nothing. Then she drops me because I stated she wasn't doing anything for me which is true. Not to mention when the retainer money ran out she actually wanted me to pay another retainer lol. I explained I had already retained her and every lawyer I ever talked to charged by the hour after the retainer runs out. She agreed to that but seemed even more reluctant to do anything since she didn't have the money first. What's extremely sad is how this whole thing has affected me and my son and she knew she was really my last hope. And she had filed the withdraw within minute's of telling me she was withdrawing. Absolutely no back bone or any kind of fight to this woman. And to add to her comment a very bad history? Um no sweety. This has gone on for 5 years and I struggled to get clean the first 2 years. I had a couple set backs after that but I have been clean over 2 years now. I have completed parenting classes, outpatient therapy, regular therapy through a program when I was pregnant and now have a 1 year old son that I take great care of. My old lawyer Bryan Gowin was able to get me visits the first 2 weeks he was on the case. You got me nothing in a year and I had to find another therapist on my own and I did. Once the father decid3d hee didn't like her then he stopped coming and you told me you wouldn't fight the contempt. You thought all I wanted to do was bad mouth the FOC which isn't the case. He is the only one the judge listens to and he only cares what the father says. He doesn't do his job and investigate anything just takes the father's word. So no sorry there is no very bad history.

Ms. Wagner has represented us on several occasions, every time with a positive outcome. She responds quickly and is very easy to work with. She made the process as painless as possible. I would definitely reccomend her!
