Matt Owens is an excellent attorney, he helped us tremendously with the filing of our Chapter 13. He answered all of our questions completely. He was very thoughtful and understanding to our situation, which was very helpful. We would recommend Matt Owens to everyone who has the need to file some kind of bankruptcy due to financial hardship, he will most definitely ease the burden that comes with all of it.

Matthew has been wonderful thru our whole process. He is always just a call or text away. He is very kind and understanding. He makes you feel very comfortable and he makes it so easy to talk to him and understand the process. I’m very thankful that we chose this Law office and that he is our attorney. Going through a bankruptcy is a stressful event, but Matthew Owen made it less painful. He kept me up-to-date on the process and what I could expect. I would highly recommend the Whitford and Neuhauser Law FIrm, but I would especially recommend Mr. Owen.

Whitford & Neuhauser is an excellent firm. They really work with you and care about your case. They answer all questions and in a way that non-legalese speaking people can understand. Matt Owen is especially great to work with. He's honest and kind, and definitely knows his stuff! It takes the stress out of a normally very stressful situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fresh start.
