One star only for the his understanding my situation in mat being able to pay up front his fees. A contract was written up where he would represent me in helping me thru all the legal matters after my younger brother passed away with out a will. Communication was going well until I had to leave my home and not being able to find a place to stay in Louisville I had to move out of state. I gave him all the information needed in order for him to get in contact with me and to keep in contact with me about the case. He failed to do this task. I was finding out from cousins, my neighbor and the company that came to appraise the contents of my home, actions that were being taken with out my knowledge. Trying to get a hold of Mr. O'Bryan was impossible. For over a year and a half i sent many phone calls to his office. Several letters that were certified, direct letters to him his father and even emails to his personal account went un answered. He finally answered a direct email to his account after I told him he was FIRED. I was devastated and suffered depression due his actions. Point blank, I truly believe he ABANDONED me.

My family has always used Paul for legal services so I called him to make a will and power of attorney. He was very good and prepared the documents quickly. I will use him again if I need a lawyer.

Both Paul and his father, George, handled my case for me. They were top-notch! Extremely helpful throughout the whole process and even "won" a case I didn't think could be won! The staff was super responsive and caring. I felt important and that meant a lot.

He helped me get a divorce. He faught hard for me and treated me like I was his only client. His staff was super nice, too.
