Not really very nice overall! I asked him at one early point to please treat me a little more intelligently! Had no sympathy for my disorganization although i explained my circumstances as a disabled person for many years with very little help. Explained things in more of a lectumode & stated that that's how he explains things...even though i already knee that i didn't aualify for the option he was explaining. Got nicer somewhat, but i did lam some things and no charge for the almost two hours he spent w me..
