I was rear ended by someone who thought it was a good idea to set his cruise control because he was sleepy. lucky everyone ended up alive . From the moment i started my enteraction with the insurance company i was treated like it was my fault and that i should just take what they were offering . they gave me no info and treated me like i was a bother to them. I was about to give in after speaking with an insurance agent and wanting to chew my smart phone, when i remembered a tv ad "CALL THE TIGER" so i gave them a call . with in the hour my call was returned and with-in a few minutes all the frustration that had built up was gone and i knew that someone knew what i was fighting.My case is settled and i didnt have any stress after that first call to jimmy .thank you for being my voice .

very soon after my son was hit by another vehicle in his car we felt like we would need help to settle with insurance, etc. I contacted Kaufman and Stigger and was connected with James (Jimmy) He immediately came to my son's house to start gathering information. We hired him immediately. The at fault driver's insurance responded fairly promptly. Jimmy spent several months contacting my son's insurance company. He handled numerous questions from us and guided the entire process of ultimately getting a settlement from under insured motorist coverage which my son has always carried. The company proved very difficult to work with and communicate with. Jimmy was great about taking our calls, keeping us in the loop about medical bills and doctors fees and the calls and letters back and forth with the insurance company. I feel Jimmy worked very hard to negotiate the settlement and would not hesitate to utilize him again.

Definitely recommended. The process was so so simple. I barely needed to do anything, so less of a headache for me (which was especially great because a car accident is always a MAJOR headache). Being young, they explained everything great and helped reach a settlement that made me more than happy. Super great people to deal with all around!

A few years ago, I had a wreck because someone pulled out in front of me. I was hurt pretty bad. It turned out I had a broken neck and a broken knee cap. I called Marshal Kaufman because I needed someone to handle my case while I was hurt. Marshal was fantastic. He came to see me even though I was staying over and a half away from Louisville.
