My daughter was in a car accident, which resulted in her car overturned and totaled. Even though they could not represent us, Jacob was there to answer any and all questions we had free of charge. I will forever be grateful for his help! Outstanding performance for a law office!

I thought customer service was a thing of the past, until recently when i hired K&S for my case. They Literally stayed in contact with me thru the whole process. I never waited long for return calls or updates. Even when the case was settled and I went in to pick up my check, everyone in the building from front to back, was so polite and attentive, including Matt. I truly think this firm is about customer service and being thorough. I def had a 5 star experience with K&S and would recommend them to anyone needed their service. After my experience I'd be very hard pressed to try another firm.

I had a really great experience with Kaufman & Stigger! I called them after I was hit in a car accident and they immediately made me feel calm and at ease. The receptionist, Leah, was friendly and so helpful every time I called in with questions. She’s clearly very efficient at her job! My paralegal, Shannon, was also very friendly and answered my emails and calls quickly and thoroughly! My lawyer, Jacob, was incredible to work with! His work ethic is apparent and I truly appreciate the time and dedication he put in to make sure I was compensated fairly for my accident. I highly recommend this firm!

When I was in an auto accident in early 2021 I contacted Kaufman & Stigger. Matt was extremely helpful and was there through every single step of the process. I had even neglected communication for some time and the statute of limitations was going to prevent my case from moving forward.
