Helped calm my nerves

Jacob Levy was our lawyer. He worked hard to get us the maximum amount allowed. He made is so easy to file a claim. His secretary, Shannon, was awesome in keeping us informed and answering our questions. I highly recommend this law firm.

Every time I called a lady would answer then hang up called a dozen times an everything the same thing clearly not a good firm if they can't answer the phone the right way

I just need to say that Jacob Levys and his paralegal Shannon were absolutely amazing with my case. They did a wonderful job. I couldn't be happier with their demeanor with how content they were with making sure that all of my needs were met. They made sure that I never went without anything I needed. They made sure that everything was taken care of. I didn't have to worry about anything. Doctors bills, phone calls, lawyers insurance none of it. They made everything so easy for me. The process was amazing. My grandson is still going through our case still, but I couldn't be happier and I would absolutely 100% recommend them to anyone. Whoever needed an injury attorney or anybody. Jacob and Shannon are absolutely phenomenal. Shannon is so sweet. She talks to me. She talked to me about how my home life was.
