Not impressed at all. I had high expectations when taking my super simple rear impact case to Kaufman & Stigger but ended up being very disappointed. The settlement I received seemed mediocre at best and I felt that very little time or attention was put toward my case in general. You'd think that they'd call to check on their clients while waiting on offers, but this wasn't the case I don't believe I was asked about time off from work or even a simple how are you feeling. I expressed my disappointment with results and was advised that the offers were low due to lack of ER treatment. Well if that be the case then I could have gone to Joe Blow law firm down the street and got the same if not better results. It's not dealing with an experienced firm that matters??? I did give 2 stars due to the "big Kaufman" giving me a nice coffee mug full of candy on my way out the door with my sad little check. That was the most care and consideration that I'd received during the whole 6 months.
