Scott was always very helpful, professional, and efficient in all of our interactions together. He always had all necessary paperwork compiled together and took the time to explain to me all legal terms and processes for which I was unfamiliar. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

The very first day that I meet Scott I just knew that he was the lawyer for both of my cases . Scott was very informative with me during my cases and he was always looking out in my best interest, Scott also knew people who could help me financially while I was waiting on my settlement and the people who helped me was honest good people who was not trying to take advantage of my settlement. Anytime I had any questions or wanted to discuss my case Scott was always prompt with answering my calls as well as returning my calls . I absolutely love Scott Emerson Powell and I would suggest him as a great lawyer but also he is a man of God who I trust to handle any further cases in the near future . Scott was able to get me good money for both of my cases and for my car when it got totaled, I was able to get more than the book value, this amazed my And he got the insurance company's to charge me a lot less for all my bills . I have used Mr. Powell a half a dozen times and he has always kept me up to date with how things are going and kept an open line of communication with me. Scott was incredibly easy to work with. I suffered 2nd degree burns from a laser hair removal company who was refusing to refund my money and would not negotiate with me individually.
